Despite regular wear, the wig maintains its shape and quality, showing no signs of frizzing or tangling. Overall I can't recommend this wig enough. Considering Chan is the colorist for fair-haired beauties such as Heather Graham, we expected to kiss our light brown base good-bye. He must have sensed that monthly salon visits wouldn't work with our packed schedule (and not-so-packed wallet), because he suggested just a few chunky pieces. The honey color is our best blonde since childhood—and we won't be dashing back to the salon every month for upkeep.

Cho nodded thoughtfully as we requested just a few sunny streaks, then began painting on highlights and gossiping with her assistant as if we weren't even there.

When Roybal insisted we come in for a consultation at least 24 hours before our appointment, we were puzzled, a little annoyed, and admittedly impressed by his thoroughness. When he kept us waiting for 30 minutes, we were less appreciative.

Ordered 2 glueless wigs a few months ago, and due to me having in braids I couldn’t apply the hair. For one…the knots are so dark and noticeable, but they claim customized? Also the hair is not true to length, I ordered a 16 in strait wig and it’s very thin and barely 16 in. Hair loss, for whatever reason — whether it's stress-induced or the condition many of us know as Alopecia Areata — can prove pretty damn heartbreaking.

Great communication with seller and great hair. I initially was using a comb for my hair which caused it to shed a lot but once I started using a brush instead, the shedding stopped. This is like my 5th time ordering from this company. I have NEVER been disappointed with them.

Although the beachy effect was pretty, it wasn't what we signed up for. I have purchased two really beautiful wigs from this company. One was a loose wave 30 inche 180% density. The other was a 34 inche 200% density body wave .

"Lulu Liotta at Butterfly Loft" sounds like the beginning of a children's story. Appropriate, considering this colorist's knack for returning hair to its youthful, sun-kissed state. Liotta added a caramel tone up top, then weaved in tapering shades of amber and gold. When our own mother saw the gleaming results, she gasped, "That's the hair color you had when you were ten!" The ultimate storybook ending?

The results were so stunning, we've been basking in compliments ever since. When we heard that this popular Beverly Hills salon had introduced a quickie-color menu, we booked an appointment, hoping to give our flat, dark hair a subtle boost. To avoid conspicuous streaks and add dimension, Chambers wisely prescribed a scattering of cool brown ribbons just a breath lighter than our own deep base.
